Sharing Knowledge
This post is mostly the thoughts that were triggered when I saw this tweet from James Clear -
Unshared knowledge is like potential energy. It’s nice to have, but it only changes things when you turn it into something else. Your legacy is what you share, not what you know. https://t.co/0mq82fQUnP

I have always had the habit of sharing everything I learn, be it a simple tweet or a complex concept. I derive immense happiness from sharing what I learn and it increases multi-fold when I see the other person having an impact from the learnings.
I had a realization that most people hold on to knowledge without sharing them just so that they can be superior beings. Toxic culture at workplaces show how a team's performance reduces drastically when voluntary knowledge sharing isn't an integral part of them.
People are what they are mostly because of the people around them. We are largely influenced by people in our immediate two circles of relation. In my case, each of them in these circle share learnings without any inhibition. Everyone comes from diverse backgrounds, have varied interests and these diversities make our conversations beautiful.
